Nick Walko has worked with Key Assets since 2016 as a Child and Youth Care Worker then Evening Supervisor and helped with various system administrations while completing master’s degrees in education and business from Memorial University of Newfoundland. As the Manager of Training for Program Development Nick uses a mix of qualitative and quantitative data to ensure our children, staff, and organization grow in a thoughtful way. Nick is a certified instructor in both Therapeutic Crisis intervention and Understanding and Managing Aggressive Behaviour.
