

Crystal Well, MSW, RSW – Crystal graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from Memorial University in 2009 and has spent the majority of her career working with children and families. Crystal began her career working with the Department of Children, Seniors and Social Development. She has worked in diverse roles and capacities that required her skill and expertise in supporting children in care, birth families and foster families. Prior to assuming the role of Clinical Therapist with Key Assets, Crystal spent 7 years with Key Assets where she worked with children and their families, expanding her role to include work with carer families, child and youth care staff, residential programming, and developing and delivering training on topics such as trauma informed care and supervised access. Crystal completed her Masters of Social Work, also from Memorial University. Throughout the Master’s Program, Crystal was able to expand her knowledge and gained experience working with individuals and couples in a therapeutic setting. Crystal’s master’s research focused on developing training and support to strengthen relationships between foster carers and birth families. Crystal continues to be passionate about her work with children, youth and their families and is excited to take on the role of Clinical Therapist with Key Assets.
