Rhonda Legge’s, M.S.W., R.S.W., practice she utilizes several theoretical approaches where needed or appropriate with clients. These include brief solution-focused, play therapy, narrative and cognitive behavioural approaches. Rhonda’s practice is both trauma-informed, strengths-based and emotionally supportive. She believes in family healing where appropriate as mental health issues impact a client’s entire support network.
