Franklin Onwa brings over ten years of operations and project management experience across Nigeria and Canada. He has successfully managed large-scale projects, optimized workflows, and implemented strategic process improvements across multiple industries, including construction, oil & gas, utilities, real estate, and the nonprofit sector. As Operations Manager at Key Assets Newfoundland and Labrador, Franklin oversees procurement, facilities management, scheduling, and workforce coordination. His skills in project execution, stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, strategic planning, process optimization, and resource management contribute to enhanced operational efficiency in his day-to-day role.
Franklin holds a Master’s degree in Operations Management from Memorial University of Newfoundland, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an active member of PMI and Toastmasters. Additionally, he is an internationally recognized lead auditor with ISO 9001 certification in Quality Management Systems. His leadership approach emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Outside of work, Franklin enjoys outdoor adventures, exploring new cuisines, and engaging in lively debates at Toastmasters.
