As the first point of contact for clinical services/key solutions, Joanne approaches her work from trauma-informed lens and understands the importance of confidentiality, empathy, and respect when a person is reaching out for help or support. She is highly skilled in connecting and matching individuals to a clinician best suited to the client’s needs and truly enjoys building relationships with clients and referral sources alike.
